Alsager 5

The 2012 Asics Alsager 5 has been awarded an Inter Area Match for Male and Female teams . Competing will be Wales, the North, Midlands and the South . the organisers are proud to have been asked to host this prestigous event.
As in previous years all standards of runners are welcome to this long standing event.
A fast flat course gives a great chance of a PB and the chance to sample the great atmosphere at this event.
A generous prize list with cash for the first 3 male and females and prizes for all veteran catagories plus team prizes.

The launch takes place on December 3rd in conjunction with the Bourne Sports run at 8-30am with a draw for free entries and discounted entries for those not lucky in the draw . Entries taken until 10-30am at Bourne Sports shop.
Michelle Ross Cope will be at the launch to offer training advice.
